All prescription medication dispensing is strictly subject to the presentation of a valid, legal prescription from a registered South African medical practitioner. We reserve the right to refuse dispensing if a prescription appears altered, fraudulent, or compromises patient safety.
While we process claims to all major medical aids directly, the patient remains ultimately responsible for any co-payments, levies, or shortfalls not covered by their medical scheme.
All invasive procedures, including vaccinations and IV Drip therapy, require completion of a clinical consent form and a brief medical history screening prior to administration. Our nursing professionals reserve the right to defer treatment if contraindicated.
Delivery services are subject to location availability within Ladysmith and Ezakheni. Schedule 5 and 6 medications require the physical signature and ID verification of the patient upon delivery.
